RE: Sofas, again
Ok, I'll crunch the numbers again. Are we sure about this style? I might ask TT to look at my fabric choice before I order!

RE: Sofas, again
Yeah, agree with TT - it is a large additional amount of money to spend, however in this the most used room, it is worth it.

RE: Sofas, again
I third that -- you're going to be sitting on this sofa more than any other piece of furniture in your house, so you want it to be just right Icon_smile Plus if you invest in exactly what you want now, you won't be searching for another new sofa in 5 years.

Personally, I love our Silva sofa with the one seat cushion and two back cushions. I think it's worth the extra $200 with the VG sofa. Which really isn't all that much in the grand scheme of things to customize your sofa just the way you want it Blue Thumbs Up

People that think they know everything seriously annoy those of us that actually do.

Anyone like this chair with the sofa we chose?

RE: Sofas, again
I like it, but it looks a bit too formal for a family room.

Are there any other chairs you're considering??

I don't have anything really that I love. I chose that one because it has style and it has arms! What about this one?

RE: Sofas, again
I prefer this second one, Sweetie - I like the lower back and the lines are great!
Can you post of pic of the sofa and both chairs so that we can actually see them next to one another? If we're helping choose a chair that will work with the sofa, looking at them together would be great Cheesy Grin

RE: Sofas, again
i like very much the sofa with curved arms - looks like a modernized classic with lower back, but still cozy and soft. i would keep 3 cushions as on the pic. chairs? the first one is totally different style and ... how about those 2 - you change the fabric of course, but different shape will not compete with the sofa.
