Its taken forever to get all everything finished up. I'm glad to have a working kitchen again though. We're still working on putting up the soffit (above the fan), a chandelier and window coverings. Hopefully we'll be able to get to that soon. I'm also still working on accessorizing the kitchen and will have herbs by the window...they died when we went to Italy and a few other things here an there. There are a few things that will not be on the counter anymore (spice rack and the canisters will be grouped closer together...hubby put those empty ones out and i didn't notice them until now...hehe) As promised here are the pics. Any ideas on accessorizing will be greatly appreciated. I bought a silver urn that i was thinking of using for the utensils and I wanted to lean a print of some sort against the backsplash somewhere.

So was it worth all the weeks of being kitchenless??

I don't really have any suggestions for accessorizing.... maybe hang a piece of artwork on the wall above the stove. Not sure what, but how about something with red in it to tie in with your mixer?? Oh, I have an idea... let me see if I can find what I have in mind....

Thanks guys. I had a ton of red in our old place and am kinda sick of it. Theres one cupboard that i have with all red dishes...i'll take a pic someday. I'm trying to get away from it but I'm stuck with some pieces. I was thinking a smaller pic(s) ... either a drawing or a cool black and white phtograph in a black frame somewhere but i'll have to clean the countertops off first..i really don't want too much out on the counters.
