I'm seeing a lot of purple and soft gray/green in the design mags these days... why not go for soft gray that has a green undertone in it?

A green undertone won't work with the silver bedding and curtains that I bought. They have a purple undertone. So it'd have to be a gray with a purple undertone. But I've already got 4 gray rooms in the house, so I don't think I'll paint this room gray afterall. I'm thinking a purple that matches the cushions on three walls and metallic silver on the headboard wall.

Of course, I could bring the bedding and curtains and cushions back and start over..... but I'd rather not!!

I say stick with the purple pillows if for no other reason then you never seem to be able to put your favourite colour in any of the rooms you design!

As for the walls...
Why not a non-metalic dark silver (to match your new coverlette) on three of the walls and then a purple that matches your pillows on the wall behind the headboard? Maybe even a metalic or pearlescent purple!!

Well, I found the perfect metallic silvery gray -- RL Garden Twilight. It matches the curtains perfectly. I was thinking that on the headboard wall and a light gray on the other walls.

And yeah, I guess I better go with the purple cushions -- everybody seems to like them best!!

Will the light gray match the bedding? Or will it be lighter?
I think that - because you've got a few colours going on (brown, drapes, purple, light gray) - you should use a light gray that matches your bedding.

So.... flowers or circles in the bedroom?? 'Cause forget about the metallic wall, one of these papers is going on the headboard wall!!

I'm loving the colour too!! Isn't it a perfect match?!

And I'm leaning towards the circles too. Would it be too much to use the same wallpaper in the DR and the bedroom?? They're at opposite ends of the house, so it's not like you can see one room from the other.

Do you think the headboard needs to be a different colour?? I don't know... the brown just doesn't seem quite right. Also, would a gray bedskirt be better than the brown??
