RE: Dining room fabrics galore
Smoodgie... I personally LOVE the fabrics and colours in the steel collection. A dining room with these colours would definitely compliment your living room! I think it would look FABuLOUS! Of these fabric choices I think the Tuecer fabric AND #2 stripe, second full row would look smashing together!! The stripe on the chairs, the brocade on the head chairs
That said, I know how much you love purple. What if you colour matched the purple from your living room cushions - used that only on the mirror wall and then painted the remaining 3 walls in a champaigne/gold colour (perhaps like your living room ceiling?). Of course that'd put you back on the hunt for fabric that would work with this new colour scheme. And... a further of course... swiching away from the steel/copper colour scheme would mean that you couldn't use the beautiful trim you bought for your drapery. I'll support and help (where I can) with what ever colour scheme you opt for... but my vote is behind the steel/copper scheme. Edin Design - Home remodeling is fun! |
