We FINALLY hung up the mirror I bought back in May for the bedroom. It's not as fancy as the Restoration Hardware mirror that I like, but it was about 1/3 - 1/4 of the price at Ikea, and I think it looks quite nice

   

And here's the ceiling fan. *Sigh* I'd prefer a crystal chandelier, but I have to admit that I'm happy to have the fan on hot nights....

mirror looks great.......as for the fan.....I am having two installed tomorrow in the great room......it is a necessary evil....but sometimes in design ...function wins......besides yours is modern......not the old type from yester-years......those are coming down in my room and being replaced...you know the brass kind with the fake wood ..

trynto, you should have seen the ceiling fan that we took down in the bedroom -- not only brass with fake wood, but LOADS of brass and shiny burgundy fake wood and scrolly glass shades.... This one wasn't my first choice, but for some silly reason, I let my hubby choose it. What was I thinking?!?!
