I just made a batch of fudge -- OMG, it's HORRIBLE!!!! It's dry and grainy and just plan BLECH. What a waste of good chocolate. Booooo!!!!

I wanted to make peanut butter chocolate fudge for hubby for Christmas, but this stuff isn't even edible. Although I'm pretty sure hubby will eat it anyway!!

I wonder what would happen if I melted it all down.... would the grainy-ness go away??

I think I'll go make a batch of walnut squares instead. At least I can make those come out edible!!

I don't bake...... DS does though....

How'd the walnut squares turn out? Geez between your baking and your floors, you've got quite a walnut theme going on......

I ended up making lime squares and peanut butter bars instead. I still have a few walnut squares in the freezer, though.

Hubby ate all the fudge. It wasn't quite as bad as I thought -- the taste was good, but it didn't have the nice, smooth, creamy texture that I was hoping for.
